Hi guys,
Yesterday I went and visited the butterfly expo in Knokke, Een Moment Met Vlinders. It’s a beautiful expo that recreates the butterflies’ natural habitat and where you can see actual living butterflies and even hold them.
I really loved the diversity of these lovely winged beauties, but I was sad to see a lot of kids not being supervised by their parents and touching the poor butterflies on their wings even though the sign at the entrance says not to touch them ! As a result, some of them had their wings a bit damaged … I wish parents would be more attentive with their kids..
Anyway, I was lucky to even feed one of the butterflies and it was extremely happy to indulge on the sweet nectar.
I’m a huge fan of animals/insects etc, so it was def a lovely experience to come and check out this great place. The expo lasts until September and I would recommend it for sure !
And of course, what better outfit to wear then this two piece from Lightinthebox ? I mixed it with my W.E. jacket, Sam Edelman sandals and JollyChic bag.
