How's your Thursday ( I swear I always stay like a few seconds to remember what day it is before realising it 😆)?
I had a 'lovely' Wednesday ( yesterday), doing some administrative/ accountancy stuff and afterwards I had a busy afternoon shooting. Today will be no different. I can only think about how good a warm hot bath will do me this evening. Within my after-bath routine ( and not just only), I have been using for awhile now the Nuxe multi-purpose dry oil which has been on my mind for quite some time now. I have it since December ( I think), and I am just super in love with it that I needed to talk a bit about this great product everyone should have.
Starting off, this is a multi-purpose oil so you can use it on your body, face and hair ! It contains precious botanical oils that nourishes, repairs and leaves the skin/hair shiny and beautiful. Actually Nuxe is a very popular brand here in Belgium and you can also find it at Notino !
As you can see, my bottle is already used.Personally I really like how it smells and how soft the skin is after I use it. I rarely use it for my hair as I have other products, but I did tried it once and the hair is super soft afterwards, making it a handy product for travelling ( when we will resume the activity 😅 ).
If you're curious about the ingredients , know that it contains:
- tsubaki oil (Japanese camellia oil) that nourishes and protects your skin/hair from exterior factors
- tea tree oil that hydrates
- borage oil that helps fighting against wrinkles
- hazelnut oil that soothes the skin
- macadamia oil who acts against aging of the skin
- almond and argan oils which regenerates and hydrates
- and also 2 types of vitamin E that has antioxidant action
As far as the perfume goes, the typical Nuxe oil scent can be distinguished with:
top notes of orange blossom
heart notes of magnolia and vanilla
and a woody base
Instructions of use: Apply the oil to the face once a day, working upwards from the center of the face outwards.
For hair care, apply a few drops of the oil to dry lengths and ends as needed. For more intense action, use the hair oil 1 to 2 times per week as a mask for a total of 10 minutes before shampooing.
A few drops of oil can also be added to the bath ( I admit I didn't try this yet, but I will this evening)
It is also suitable for massaging the body. Apply the oil to desired areas of the body, even stretch marks, and massage in using circular motions.
As I said, this is such a great product to have in your home and I was won over awhile back and ever since I have tried it, I keep the Nuxe multipurpose-oil in my bathroom cabinet ever since.
