Favorite foundations atm

Hi everyone,

Hope your weekend has commenced good ! Since I had some time on my hands, I thought I should share with you the foundations I’m using at the moment.

As my skin’s color changes throughout the year ( I either am more tanned or whiter than usual because of the sun lack), I have tried several foundations from different brands that suit me just perfect ! These are actually the ones that I use with pleasure as I know they’re very good ! The brands are available at Notino normally so don’t hesitate to take a quick look.

Let’s start with Chanel – Le Teint Ultra . It’s a liquid foundation with light coverage, but a very long stay. This would be in my top 3 foundation wise. It also has SPF which is a big plus when picking out a foundation.

Next one on my “list” is the one from Clarins. Ok, I actually have two foundations from Clarins that I absolutely adore 🙂

The first one, in chronological order, is the Skin Illusion. It’s so delicate and actually is a mix of a BB cream and foundation for me personally… it also contains SPF ( 15 ) and I feel it hydrates the skin in the same time. It really adapts to your skin color ( of course you’ll still have to choose one that is close to your actual skin color ) .

The other foundation from Clarins that I feel in love with recently is the Everlasting Youth Fluid Illuminating and Firming Foundation SPF15 – I have received this one not long ago so it may not be yet available at Notino, but I’m very sure they’ll add it shortly.

I’m happy to tell you that this particular foundation from Clarins is developed in the same way as their anti-aging skincare after three years of research. It is long-wearing  and has medium coverage.

With 45 available shades, the Lancôme Teint Idole Ultra Wear foundation distinguishes itself with a 24h wear, SPF 15 and a light coverage. Think of it as a second skin, but without the mask effect.

Last, but not least, Yves Saint Laurent Touche Éclat All-In-One Glow is quite cool, it illuminates your skin, it has a light-medium coverage and I really like the design of the container, making it easy to carry around. The shade that I have is definitely for summer, when I am more tanned 🙂
