Hello sweeties,
This article will be far more than the usual fashion. This article will be about joy and how Jenson Button ( F1 star) and Jude Law (the famous actor) find joy as a key to progress and share their joyful outlook on life. The two are currently in the new global campaign from Scotch whisky Johnnie Walker and made this awesome video :
The idea is quite simple: instead of running on the idea that success guarantees happiness, they’d rather show that happiness actually helps people achieve more in life. Their positive outlook made them perfect for the new campaign from Scotch Whisky brand Johnnie Walker called Joy Will Take You Further.
“Throughout my career I have had to have joy to succeed,” said Jenson Button. “Because I love this sport so much I feel that I’ve been able to enjoy the good times and when things have been harder I’ve been able to find a way out of the situation, be more positive and help the team move forward.”
Actor Jude Law said: “Keeping positive and finding the joy every day in the job that I do is part of my philosophy and I think that’s one of the things that has helped me keep moving in my career.”
Commenting on the campaign launch Johnnie Walker Global Brand Director Guy Escolmesaid: “As a brand Johnnie Walker has always stood for progress – it’s been the story of our whisky since our founder John Walker started it all nearly 200 years ago. What two centuries of experience have taught us is that progress doesn’t have to be an endless uphill journey – we can enjoy the steps we take and the more happiness we find in them the more likely we are to achieve our goal. Evidence is confirming a conviction that sits at the heart of our brand: Joy Will Take You Further.”
Eva Håkansson – the fastest woman on three wheels who holds a world record, using a homemade electric powered motorcycle – says: “To be successful you truly have to enjoy what you are doing. You have to realise that it is the journey that is the adventure not the goal.”
Personally, I think the same – happiness helps people achieve more – and that’s why I wanted to share with you too this awesome campaign and maybe challenge your way of thinking too. 🙂
Are you a joyful person?
