SPAIN
Hello my dears!
As you are reading this post, I’ve probably arrived in London. I’ll be spending the weekend here and on Monday I’ll be back home, just in time to prepare my yearly tradition of baking my special cookies for the Christmas table! I do this every year with my little cousin. She’s only 12 and a half years old and I just hope that someday she’ll look back and remember these fun times as I don’t see her a lot over the week… she’s with school and I’m also busy with work, blog, the house, etc…
Anyway, here is the blog post you’ve been waiting for! My review on the trip I took to Barcelona on the 6th of December, where I stood for 5 lovely days.
SPAIN
Barcelona

The time I visited Sagrada Familia, the famous landmark was under construction. I seem to have this “luck”, huh? 🙂

Obviously, it’s a must-see when going to Barcelona. As well as the “singing fountains” …as I recall, the “show” starts quite late in the night. But the nightlife in Barcelona is crazy… so many things to do, so many things to see… beaches during the day, restaurants and clubs during the night… It’s quite crazy how life passes there. But although you may think you’re in a rush, well, the speed is not that accelerated.

It’s a lovely city, a bit too full for my taste, but you should take a weekend there. The plane fairs are cheap, the hotels are quite affordable… beaches are close by and you will stumble upon some really nice food !

Taking the Montjuic teleferico is quite fun and I recommend it! Sometimes you’ll find quite the queue, but I think that you can definitely go in the morning and it will be free.
You can either do this quite fast in a weekend or take about 5 days to visit everything and also to hit the beach! I went twice to Barcelona and the second time it was in summer, so super hot, lovely beaches outside of the city and great water. A beach I would recommend is Platja de Sitges.

I think that, if the opportunity arises, I would love to go back to Barcelona and enjoy more beach time.
Palma De Mallorca
Hey there guys! I am currently on vacation and I must say..I’ve seen so many great spots here on the island! Just wanted to do a quick post with some landscapes... I’m speechless...

Lovely, isn’t it? I found also a starfish ..I let it go, don’t worry! 🙂
The island has its undoubted beauty, but you just have to know the spots to visit.
I stood in El Arenal which is very touristy and if you’re searching for the island party, then that’s the place to be.

Palma, the capital, is quite beautiful with the king’s castle and a lovely garden in front. Definitely a must-visit, as well as the city square.
If, however, you’re the wild soul (like myself), then I recommend renting a car ( it doesn’t cost that much, maybe around 35/40€ per day ) and try to visit the island. A place I loved quite a lot was Alcudia.

And Formentor is also a place that you def have to visit in case you have a car on disposal. The wild beaches there are soooo amazing!
There is also a “not so well known” church called Senyora de Lluc, up on a mountain. The road to the mountain is incredible and the view from the top is breathtaking.
There are a lot of places to see in Mallorca. I wish I would have the time to write everything down; I’ve been 4/5 times there. The place really took my heart and stay-wise I wouldn’t know what to recommend, as I always stayed with a friend there.
Ibiza
So here I am, back home again and with lots of fun memories from my trip to Palma de Mallorca and Ibiza! As I already posted some pictures from Mallorca, I also wanted to post some from Ibiza. I went there just for the weekend hoping to visit as much as possible of the island’s landscapes. I went to many places like San Antonio, Eivissa, Es Canar.. etc where the colour of the water differs from a beach to another! I stayed in a Hotel in Es Canar which was really nice! You also have a port there where a boat to Formentera leaves every day so you can also visit that famous island where lots of celebrities go there for the amazing beaches. So here you have some photos that I took on my trip 🙂

I bought a lot of things from the islands.. like the Zara blouse and shorts, Blanco flats I am wearing :). The bag I had it from Morgan de Toi that I really love and of course my Prada sunglasses...
I already miss those wonderful landscapes, warm water, hot sun and of course, the many stores you find there! Hope you guys liked my post…I wish you all a great vacation if you plan on having one and as for me, I’m planning tomorrow’s outfit of the day! We’re back in “business”
🙂 Kisses,
