I hope the weekend is going smooth for you all.
Since I last spoke about self-tanning products for the people who don't really like sunbathing, now it's time to talk about some indispensable products for the people who do like the sun and sunbathing. I like exposing myself with moderation, but I always use a sun protection ! And yes, I know I always go on and on about the importance of a sunscreen, but it's quite mandatory to avoid skin damage at any cost. We only have one body throughout this lifetime and it's imperative that we take really good care of it !
With that being said, here is my top 4 favourite products, each of them having something special for special needs ;)
Let's start with the
sun protection gel for your face ! I think protecting your face should be very important so I always have something that it's specially conceived for my skin whenever I expose myself to the sun. This should be even on a daily basis, whenever we go outside, I think it's very important to have a SPF underneath our foundation or everyday face cream.
The one from Clarins has a SPF 30, but of course, if you have a skin that is more sensitive, you can even apply a 50 SPF ! This gel actually turns oily at the end and you'll have to apply it 20 minutes before sun exposure.
The Shiseido Sun Care Sun Protection lotion has a 15 SPF. I would recommend this if you have been already working on a tan and that your skin is already brown-ish :)
The good thing about this product is that it's a 2 in one lotion for both body and face ! It supposed to nourish the skin and it's not sticky !
It's quite handy to have at all times and I really like the brand, so I'm sure you will to ! ;)
It comes in a 150ml and you will have to apply it before exposing yourself to the sun, as usual.
The Hawaiian Tropic brand has gained a lot of popularity over the years, being in the niche of sun products ( sun care, self-tanning, after sun , etc), so there is no surprise that the Satin Protection Sun Lotion is on my top 4 list !
The particularity that I like about this here product is that it has also an ingredient that boosts the tanning, so it protects against the UV rays, but at the same time it makes sure that you'll have a beautiful tan afterwards.
Also, it hydrates the skin and it has a SPF 30 so not too much filter, but not too little either. It leaves the skin smooth and hydrated.
Last but not least, here we have the Collistar Sun Protection cream that absorbes into the skin very quick, leaving no sticky or greasy feeling. It hydrates the skin and protects it from the UV rays, as a lot of sunscreen lotions do.
It is water resistant and this here comes in a SPF 30 !
