My daily routine

Hi guys,

So I’m getting kinda bored cause sadly, we’re having a rainy day today, so going to the beach isn’t an option. That’s why I thought I should do a kind of post that I’ve been willing to do for awhile now. I know most of you know that I had braces on ( I’ll have a before/after photo below from my doc), so now that I have straight teeth, it has determined me to invest more in my oral hygiene.

I wore my braces for a year and few months and sadly, it has left me with some cavities. I know that braces are very popular right now and I must say, I kinda regret I didn’t get braces for my lower part as well so my median line would be perfectly straight.

– what a difference, right?

But seing the result, you’ll be convinced that it’s worth it. And with nice straight teeth comes the ambition to keep them white and healthy. Not long ago I’ve bought myself a super cool toothbrush, as my dentist recommended it. I’m talking about the Philips Sonicare DiamondClean which is pretty amazing. I mean, yeah, it costs a lot, but I like investing in my me 😄 !

As for my toothpaste, well, my good friend Charlotte made me discover an awesome whitening one that is also paraben free, so it’s quite recommended ! She’s super secret about these little beauty tricks and so, I’ll let her tell you all about it. If you’re already interested, you can join her group here. I’ll also attach some before and after pics so you can see that it actually works. My idea is that you choose the right products, even if they are a bit more expensive, results will come. Just make sure you read reviews and do a little research before so you know what you’re getting. I’m super happy to have some spare time so that I can share with you some personal thoughts on the ones that I use.

– Before and after 1 week of using the toothpaste –

To tell you the truth, I don’t floss 😳. I want to start using it, but I don’t know why, I keep postponing it. I brush my teeth twice a day ( in the morning and in the evening now using my new toothpaste and toothbrush), but that’s about it. Plus, during the nighttime I wear my retainer so in these last (almost) two years, my teeth were the center of attention in my world.

Anyway, I’m happy to have shared with you my oral hygiene routine and really hope you liked my little article! If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to leave a comment or email me, I’d be happy to share with you more !

Kisses,

R.
